Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information Ceuros ("we", "us") collects when you use ceuros.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Ceuros is operated by Aiden Jet Fox-Nevarez, a sole proprietor doing business as Ceuros.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you order a Marketing Audit: your business name, city, type of business, website address, social media handles, the Google listing you pick, and your answers to our quick questions. These are saved with your payment record at Stripe so we can create your report.
- Payment details: Stripe, our payment processor, collects your email address, name, card details, and billing postal code. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your email address: we use the email you give at checkout to create your Ceuros account, send you the link to your report or dashboard, and send sign-in links when you ask for them. We don't send marketing emails.
- Your account: buying a report or subscribing creates an account under your email. It holds the business details you entered, your subscription status (copied from Stripe), the scores and website checks from each of your reports, and your ROI Monitoring results if you're a Ceuros Pro subscriber. It doesn't hold card details, and we don't keep Google listing data such as ratings or review counts.
- Messages you send us: our contact form opens your own email app, so we receive whatever you choose to send by email.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to run and secure the site. We also use scrambled versions of IP addresses briefly to limit repeated searches.
- ROI Monitoring files: the ad spend and sales files you upload are read in your browser, and the results are saved to your account so you can see them on any device. You can remove them from your dashboard at any time.
How we use it
We use this information to create and deliver your report, email you the links to what you bought, process payments and subscriptions, answer your questions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Services that process information for us
To create a report, we share only what each service needs:
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Google provides your listing details, similar businesses nearby (Places API), and the website speed test (PageSpeed Insights). We send your business name, city, chosen listing, and website address (Google's privacy policy).
- Anthropicprovides the AI (Claude) that writes your report's findings and recommendations. We send the facts we collected about the business and your answers (Anthropic's privacy policy).
- Resend sends our emails. We send your email address and the email itself, which includes your business name and links (Resend's privacy policy).
- Neon hosts our database, which holds the account information described above (Neon's privacy policy).
- Upstash stores short-lived counters we use to limit repeated requests. They hold scrambled (hashed) versions of IP addresses and email addresses, never the addresses themselves, and expire within days (Upstash's privacy policy).
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) runs the website, keeps the request logs described above, and provides the privacy-friendly visit counts described under Cookies.
We also visit your business's public website pages directly to check them, the same way a visitor's browser would.
Cookies and storage on your device
- One cookie remembers the language you picked.
- When you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a second one lets the page show "Dashboard" instead of "Sign in". Signing out removes both.
- Your browser's storage keeps your checkout answers until you close the tab, copies of reports you've opened (so refreshing doesn't create a new one), and your ROI Monitoring data. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
- We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies under its own policy.
- We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and a few steps, such as running a free score or starting a checkout. It works without cookies, doesn't identify you, and never records the private part of your report or dashboard link (how Vercel Web Analytics handles data).
How long we keep it
Order details stay with your payment record at Stripe for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We keep your account for as long as you're a customer, and delete it when you ask (see below). Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, or a few days for the one in your welcome email, and stored sign-ins after 30 days. We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing CeurosAudit@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as payment records, where the law requires it.
- California residents:we don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- If you're in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction: we process your information to perform our contract with you (creating your report or providing your subscription) and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the service. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your information, and to receive a copy of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Your information may be processed in the United States.
Children
Ceuros is a service for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16.
