Refund Policy

Full report ($29)

• If your report doesn't generate, or it's about the wrong business, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
• Not happy for any other reason? Email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.

Ceuros Pro ($39 per month or $349 per year)

• You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.
• Yearly plans: if you change your mind, email us within 7 days of the purchase or a yearly renewal and we'll refund it in full.
• If you were charged after canceling, or charged by mistake, contact us and we'll refund that charge.

How to ask for a refund

Email CeurosAudit@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and your business name. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
