Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you use ceuros.com or buy anything from Ceuros ("we", "us"). Ceuros is operated by Aiden Jet Fox-Nevarez, a sole proprietor doing business as Ceuros. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we offer

  • Free score: scores for your business based on public information (your Google listing, similar businesses nearby on Google, your website, and Google's PageSpeed test) and your answers to our questions.
  • Full report ($29, one-time): the free score plus written findings and a prioritized action plan, which AI writes from the same results.
  • Ceuros Pro ($39 per month or $349 per year): a subscription that includes up to 2 full reports per billing period for the business you entered at checkout, a comparison with your previous report, and ROI Monitoring, which compares the ad spend and sales data you upload and estimates which ads lined up with sales. Unused reports don't carry over.

Reports are estimates, not guarantees

Reports and ROI estimates are for information only. They can contain errors or be incomplete, for example when a website blocks automated checks or information on Google is out of date. They aren't legal, financial, or other professional advice, and we don't guarantee any result, such as more customers, more sales, or a better search ranking. You're responsible for the decisions you make based on them.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information.
  • Use the service lawfully. You can order a report about any business, but don't use the service to harass anyone, and don't present a report or its findings in a misleading way.
  • Don't try to get around payment, copy the service, or interfere with how it runs.

Payments and subscriptions

  • Prices are in US dollars and are charged through Stripe. Taxes may apply.
  • Ceuros Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Third-party services and data

We rely on services from Google, Stripe, and Anthropic. Listing information comes from Google Maps and is subject to Google's terms. Ceuros isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Yelp, or Anthropic.

Ownership

You can use your report for any lawful purpose, including sharing it with your team or agency. The Ceuros website, software, and brand belong to us.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
