What we found
- •Your ad spend and sales move together closely: weeks with more advertising tended to bring higher sales.
- •Instagram is your strongest performer: about $3.00 in extra sales for every $1 spent.
- •Newspaper didn't line up with any sales lift. Consider pausing it or testing a different offer.
- •TikTok brought some extra sales, but not enough to cover the cost at a 40% profit margin.
- •Google Ads ran almost every week, so its impact can't be separated out. Pausing for two to three weeks would show what it's really worth.
- •Your best campaign was "Summer menu launch" on Instagram: weekly sales were +26% compared with the weeks before it.
- •Sales over your most recent 4 weeks are up 15% compared with your first 4.

How this works. Sales and ad spend are grouped into Monday–Sunday weeks. The headline return compares how sales rose and fell with total ad spend. Platform results compare weeks a platform ran with weeks it didn't; campaign results compare the weeks a campaign ran with the four weeks before it.
These are correlations, not proof. Holidays, weather, seasonality, and word of mouth also move sales, and running several ads at once makes it harder to credit any single one. Use the results to decide what to test next.
