Is it really free?

Yes. No sign-up and no card. We only use the business name and city you type to find your Google listing.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google doesn't allow offering anything in exchange for reviews, or asking only happy customers, and it can remove reviews that break those rules. Asking every customer is fine.

My business doesn't come up. What now?

People can only review a business that has a Google Business Profile. If you have one, try the exact name and city it shows on Google.
